My name is Anne Gigray Kinley.  My husband Jason and I began to work with Landy Tang in November of 2022.  We were on vacation in Belize on Caye Caulker and had fallen in love with the island and all it had to offer.  We found a few homes we were interested in seeing and we saw Landy’s name and agency on one of the homes.  We were comfortable with Remax from the States so we gave Landy a call.

From the beginning Landy has been an amazing person to work with.  He is personable, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable.  Landy took the time to show us everything we wanted to see and was a wealth of information.  

Upon leaving the island for that trip we had not found what we were looking for.  Landy kept in touch with us and was incredibly helpful even though we were back in the States.  We found one house we were very interested in.  Landy went over right away and did a video tour for us.  This was to be the place!  We were so excited.  We took another trip down just to check it all out and finalize details etc.  Landy was professional, helpful and went the extra mile.  

Over the next couple of months it took to close on the property, Landy answered countless emails from me with all the help we needed.  We needed to set up some property clean up, painting and other work to be done.  Landy had excellent contacts for all things needed.  

Even after we closed in March Landy has become one of our good friends on the island.  He has been so kind and is still incredibly responsive to any and all emails and texts and always with a cheerful attitude and with a wealth of help.
